Debbie Teen Fashions and Tiny Teen Fashions were made by the same unknown company, as is evidenced by the similarity in packaging. Many of these outfits were after-market Topper fashions, sold off during their bankruptcy liquidation in 1973. Knowing this, it's impossible to say if the outfit you have was originally packaged and sold as Topper or Debbie Teen, but it hardly matters. These fashions were originally manufactured by Topper, no matter who packaged and sold them afterwards. |
